Your role

As Head of Warehouse Logistics, you take responsibility for a central area of our value chain. You lead your team with clarity and enthusiasm, further develop processes, and ensure that safety, quality, and productivity are lived daily.

Your responsibilities

• You lead and develop the warehouse logistics team both professionally and personally.
• Together with your team, you ensure a safe, efficient, and trouble-free operation in the goods receipt, warehouse, and intralogistics areas.
• You ensure high delivery quality and the timely provision of our products.
• Your tasks include responsibility for inventory, warehouse organisation, and material flow.
• You analyse key figures and derive targeted improvement measures from them.
• In close cooperation with production, planning, transport dispatch, and other interfaces, you ensure smooth processes.
• You promote a culture of responsibility, respect, and collaboration.
• You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.

Your profile

• You have training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate (EFZ) as well as further education in logistics, supply chain, or management.
• Several years of experience in a leadership role within warehouse, logistics, or forwarding complete your profile.
• You work confidently and efficiently with ERP and warehouse management systems.
• You enjoy supporting and developing employees.
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style are among your strengths.
• You convince through assertiveness combined with appreciation and team orientation.
• Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good.
