Shape a future-oriented procurement with us The Management Services Directorate is responsible for central business management functions of the Insel Group. The Purchasing of Non-Medical Goods (NMG) strategically manages relevant product groups and supports the specialist departments as a competent business partner. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual with experience in strategic purchasing who takes responsibility for complex procurements and would like to further develop in the field of public procurement and services.
What to expect
Strategic Purchasing
- Development and implementation of product group and procurement strategies
- Analysis of procurement markets and identification of optimisation and innovation potentials
- Independent management of demanding price and contract negotiations
- Planning and execution of tenders in accordance with public procurement law
- Ensuring transparent, legally compliant and audit-proof processes
- Creation, review and further development of contracts
- Building and maintaining sustainable supplier relationships
- Performance and risk management in the supplier portfolio
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders, especially in the area of ICT and technical infrastructure
- Role as a sparring partner for economic and procurement-related issues
Your profile
- Higher education (HF, FH, University) completed in business administration, business law or technology
- Further training in public procurement desirable
- Experience in strategic purchasing of technical goods and services
- ICT knowledge and ideally initial experience in developing AI-supported solutions
- Experience in conducting tenders according to IVöB desirable
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards internal and external partners
- Very good German language skills
