Group Leader in the Boarding Area (80%) responsible for
- The professional and pedagogical support of children and adolescents
- The individual and development-oriented support planning
- Leading the team and conducting team meetings
- Team deployment planning
- Leading the location discussions
- Minutes and professional reports
- Organization and design of leisure activities
- Organization of the household management of the residential group
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with school, therapies, and specialist offices
- A completed training as a social pedagogue HF/HFS
- Leadership experience
- Leadership training or willingness to acquire it
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- On-call duties and willingness for irregular working hours
- Interest in further training and education
- Italian language skills are an advantage
- Driving license B / D1
- Very good IT skills
