You get stuck in, solve problems and keep production running? The Hilcona Taste Factory is the competence centre for vegan products with a future. We are looking for a reliable person who fixes malfunctions, maintains systems and helps with maintenance and repairs. You work pragmatically, think sustainably and solution-oriented, and are ready for shift work. Together we ensure that operations run smoothly.
Your tasks:
* Ensuring the operational readiness of our production and supply systems
* Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work with the team and, if necessary, with external partners
* Analysing and rectifying mechanical faults as well as continuously optimising systems and processes
* Assisting with conversions and technical improvements including support with projects
What you bring:
* Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or equivalent EFZ qualification
* Experience in an industrial company is an advantage
* Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
* Willingness for on-call duties in a 3-shift system
* German spoken and written
Older specialists as industrial mechanics are also very welcome with our client.
