Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You take care of maintenance and overhaul of production machines, buildings and infrastructures

• You manufacture spare parts and assemblies

• You detect and rectify faults in production machines

• You optimise wear parts and machines

• You implement technical improvements on machines and systems

• You monitor and operate process control systems

• You train aspiring production and polymechanics with a Federal VET Diploma

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or a comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as drilling, turning and milling (CNC)

• Ideally professional experience in maintenance and operational upkeep

• High degree of independence, self-motivation and structured working method

• Networked thinking and solution-oriented action

• Good German skills in spoken and written form (technical English is a plus)

• Flexibility for limited shift work and on-call duties

• Confident handling of common IT products

• Completed trainer course
