To support its General Manager, Board of Directors, and Executive Committee, Satom SA is seeking a Thermal Network Manager (100%) Member of the Management.
Job Summary:
You have full responsibility for the strategic deployment and investments related to our "Thermal Network" activities in the Vaud and Valais Chablais plains.
Your mission:
- You define the vision for development and the strategy related to the growth of the Thermal Network.
- You oversee the developments and strategic partnerships approved by the Management and the Board of Directors;
- You initiate, implement, and monitor the various investment projects linked to the deployment of the Thermal Network;
- You motivate your team around this unifying project, fostering continuous improvement, creativity, and innovation;
- You are responsible for managing human and financial resources by establishing performance indicators which you monitor in a motivating and dynamic manner;
- You develop and maintain a client relationship based on trust and transparency, through personalised quality advice;
- You ensure legal and technological monitoring, anticipate the implementation of new requirements, and initiate maintenance, modernisation, and renewal works of equipment or facilities as needed in a timely manner;
- More broadly, you support Management in other strategic projects important to Satom.
Your profile:
- You hold an engineering degree in a technical field, complemented by business management training or an HEC/HEG economist qualification or equivalent;
- You have project management experience in the industrial sector and ideally training in renewable energies;
- Thanks to your knowledge and identification with the local fabric, you maintain excellent relationships with your clients and various political actors and demonstrate ease in negotiation;
- Your listening and persuasion skills enable you to exercise unifying leadership;
- You work autonomously and demonstrate rigour in managing your projects;
- You have a strong entrepreneurial vision and want to put it at the service of Satom and its ambitions for material recovery, clean energy production, and environmental preservation.
