On the Zurich Gold Coast, you proactively, competently and straightforwardly support our customers at the Mobiliar General Agency Meilen in the event of a claim. 

Do you want to take the next step in your career? As a claims specialist with the opportunity to take on the practical training of an apprentice as well as deputise for the claims management, you can develop professionally and personally in a targeted manner.

What You Achieve With Us

You accompany our customers through the entire claims process from A to Z – including on-site claim inspections with our GA car – and ensure a quick, straightforward handling. With your strong service orientation, you inspire our customers. 

Your expertise is passed on specifically to our apprentices – by arrangement as a practical trainer or in a supporting role. 
 

Also by arrangement, you take on initial leadership responsibility as deputy to the Head of Claims Service and support organisational and professional matters. 

What You Bring

• Completed commercial insurance training or at least 3 years of professional experience in the insurance industry 
• Completed training as an insurance intermediary VBV 
• Professional experience in property/liability is an advantage 
• Enjoyment of direct contact with our customers 
• Willingness to conduct on-site claim inspections 
• Proactive and independent working style 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
