• As a sparring partner, you advise the site management and leaders on personnel, organisational and cultural issues.
• You accompany the production and support areas throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• You develop a solid understanding of the business, build sustainable relationships and identify relevant fields of action at an early stage.
• You actively shape organisational development and cross-departmental changes.
• You implement leadership initiatives together with the managers and support them in their further development.
• You professionally and solution-orientedly accompany challenging personnel situations and conversations with employees, in collaboration with case management and other internal specialist departments.
• You use relevant HR key figures and digital possibilities to support well-founded decisions and effective personnel work.
• In close cooperation with HR Services and our HR specialists, you ensure the professional implementation of HR processes.

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A solid HR education, a degree with an HR focus or a comparable qualification.
• Good understanding of operational contexts and the ability to link HR topics with the goals and challenges of the business.
• Experience in advising and coaching managers as well as in organisational development, change management or leadership development.
• Confidence in dealing with challenging personnel situations, conflicts as well as absence and health issues.
• Analytical skills, affinity for HR key figures and enthusiasm for digital solutions and modern HR systems.
• An authentic and committed appearance, strong consulting competence as well as an independent, pragmatic and structured way of working.
