Your tasks
Operational overall responsibility for the professional and personnel management of the Pension Fund Foundation
Accurate and timely management of pension fund business in compliance with regulations, legal requirements, and in accordance with the principles of the Salvation Army
Leadership and organization of a small team with two employees, including own involvement in administrative-operational tasks
Preferably specialized knowledge in the area of disability insurance (IV)
Service-oriented contact person for employers, insured persons, auditors, foundation supervision, and beneficiaries
Collaboration with all interfaces
Execution of the resolutions of the foundation board, with an advisory role in the investment committee, and implementation of their resolutions
Monitoring developments in the area of social insurance with proposals for possible measures to the foundation board
What you bring
Training as a certified pension fund manager or university degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification in social insurance with a focus on occupational pension provision
Several years of successful practical experience in a leadership position in occupational pension provision with corresponding leadership competence
High social competence for goal-oriented and service-oriented management of the operation
Negotiation skills for competent representation of the organization in pension matters internally and externally
Strong communication skills to formulate complex issues simply and appropriately for the target audience
Ability to promote the continuous digitization of processes
Good to very good French skills to cover the language needs of the Romandy region
Identification with the mission statement and Christian values of the Salvation Army
