For our full-time support programmes JOAL and Sprungbrett at the Otelfingen location (Zürich Unterland region), we are looking for a committed individual as a Teacher and Job Coach 80-100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Accompanying young people and young adults on their way into vocational training or the primary labour market
- Teaching in the subject of general education (ABU)
- Individual support and assistance for participants
- Conducting support discussions and collaborating in the interdisciplinary team
- Writing support, learning and final reports
- Co-designing and further developing our support programmes
Your profile
- Educational training, SVEB1 or comparable practical experience
- Enjoyment in working with young people and young adults
- Empathy, patience, humour and at the same time the ability to accompany clearly and motivatingly
- Interest in intercultural collaboration and diverse life stories
- Team spirit and a positive attitude
- Structured working method as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form
