While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.For the Senevita facilities Bümpliz & Dammweg in Bern, we are looking for a Head of Administration / HR 80% from April 16, 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- Admin, HR & Team Leadership: Management of the administration and HR department as well as professional and personal leadership of the colleague in administration. Responsibility for HR processes, personnel matters, and appreciative collaboration.
- Finance & Billing: Responsibility for accounts receivable and payable as well as complex resident billing (invoicing). Careful, reliable, and confident, even with high complexity.
- Reception & Organization: Professional management of the reception as the first point of contact for residents and relatives. Relief of management through organization, information control, and correspondence.
What You Bring
- Education & Expertise: Commercial basic training as well as experience or further education in HR.
- Personality & Attitude: Well-groomed appearance, networked thinking, solution-oriented action. Independent, careful, and genuinely joyful in dealing with (older) people.
- Skills & Experience: Confident handling of MS Office and IT systems. Ideally leadership experience and experience in the health or long-term care sector.
