The sports hall staff ensure behind the scenes and on site that the sports facility is well maintained and that sports operations run smoothly. Ensuring smooth operations in the sports area of the University of St.Gallen (sports hall, artificial turf, outdoor gym). Consisting of:
- Implementation of house rules and regulations, material management and access control
- Ensuring safety, maintenance and cleaning
- Interface to University Sports and University of St.Gallen real estate
- Supporting the team with organisational and operational tasks
- Assisting with events and special occasions
- Carrying out simple repairs independently
- Recording difficult repairs and forwarding them for completion
- Understanding of cleanliness, order and hygiene
- Careful handling of sports equipment and facilities
- Independent and reliable working style
- Basic knowledge of M365
- Enjoyment of contact with people
- Teamwork skills and friendly demeanour
- Good German and English skills
- Physical resilience
- Flexibility regarding working hours
