With our initiatives, such as the emergency number 147, letters to parents, job application preparation courses, media use workshops and much more, we support children, adolescents and their parents every day.

• You provide telephone and written counselling within the 147 service aimed at children, young people and young adults up to 25 years old
• You provide telephone and written counselling within the parent counselling service
• You regularly participate in team meetings, both in person and online
• You collaborate in promotional activities and events
• You work in a 24/7 shift system

• Training in the psychosocial or humanities field with experience in childhood, adolescence and parenting
• A communicative, empathetic, solution-oriented and resilient personality
• Native Italian speaker. Knowledge of national languages is an advantage
• Residence in Italian-speaking Switzerland
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams
