- Support and assistance of sales partners to specifically promote sales performance
- Analysis and clarification of technical issues as well as systematic management and updating of master data
- Control, follow-up and coordination of outstanding quotations and customer orders
- Organisation and handling of international export business including the creation and management of all shipping and customs documents
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales, spare parts in a technical environment
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in writing/speaking, French skills a great advantage
- Solid SAP knowledge
- Technical understanding and a structured and solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Profile
- Solid technical basic training, ideally mechanic or similar with commercial further training advantageous- Several years of professional experience in internal sales, spare parts in a technical environment
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in writing/speaking, French skills a great advantage

- Technical understanding and a structured and solution-oriented mindset
