We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and responsible individual who enjoys keeping an overview and ensures with their commitment that everything runs smoothly from vehicle sales to delivery.

As the central hub between sales and administration, you coordinate vehicle orders and assignments, plan deliveries, maintain vehicle and customer data, prepare invoicing and support our sales consultants with all administrative matters. You ensure that everything is in order behind the scenes and that our customers are completely satisfied in the end.

Ideally, you bring experience as a dispatcher in the automotive industry or have a commercial education in a car dealership. You work in a structured, reliable and customer-oriented manner, are proficient in handling IT systems and preferably have English language skills. In addition, you are characterised by your organisational talent, your independent working style and your enjoyment of teamwork.
