Cleaning Staff (m/f/d) – Flexible workload (40%-100%)

Your Tasks:

• Maintenance cleaning: You are responsible for thorough cleaning of office, commercial and residential spaces.

• Sanitary & common areas: Proper cleaning and disinfection of sanitary facilities and common rooms are your responsibility.

• Glass cleaning: If required, you independently carry out window and glass cleaning.

• Material competence: You ensure the correct application and dosing of cleaning agents as well as strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Special assignments: You actively assist the team with special cleanings or move-out cleanings.

• Experience: You bring several years of experience in the cleaning industry (maintenance, construction or special cleaning).

• Working style: You are characterised by an independent, precise and efficient working style.

• Attributes: You have a high quality awareness, discretion as well as physical resilience and flexibility regarding working hours.

• Language skills: Good spoken German skills are essential for smooth communication within the team and with customers.

• Mobility: You reside in the Zurich region; a category B driving licence is a welcome advantage.

• Flexibility: A flexible workload from 40% to 100%, entirely according to individual agreement.
