Team Leader Night Shift Inpatient and Outpatient

Inpatient Night Shift

• Independent, professional care and support of our residents
• Monitoring health status, performing nursing interventions
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the day shift, doctors, and other professionals

Outpatient Night Shift

• Telephone availability for Spitex emergency deployments
• Situational assessment and execution of urgent nursing assignments on site
• Triage and planning of further nursing care
• Collaboration with the Spitex day team 

Your leadership tasks

• Building and organizing the night shift
• Duty and deployment planning
• Introduction and support of new employees
• Organization and conducting of team meetings
• Ensuring and monitoring nursing, hygiene, and safety standards
• Participation in projects (e.g., dementia, palliative care)
• Promoting a positive team climate and appreciative collaboration

Your qualifications

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF
• Professional experience in long-term care and/or Spitex
• Experience in night watch and/or leadership role is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of the nursing process and emergency management
• High independence and sense of responsibility
• Resilience, organizational talent, and solution-oriented thinking
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, empathy, and patience
