ZurichYour Tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of furniture and buildings both inside and outside the branch office.
- You carry out general cleaning and ensure waste management for recycling.
- You inspect buildings and technical systems in cooperation with the internal technical service and external craft and service companies (electricity, heating, water, etc.).
Your Profile
- Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma or a professional qualification with work experience in caretaking and/or the craft sector
- Interest in and/or experience in social work
- Enjoy working with young people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- High flexibility, resilience and assertiveness as well as a professional approach in managing work relationships (closeness/distance)
- Good written and spoken German skills; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ’s financial possibilities.
