Your Tasks
- Overall coordination and day-to-day management of the operating theatre programme
- Planning and optimal utilisation of operating theatre capacities, staff, rooms and times
- Central interface between surgery, anaesthesia, operating theatre nursing, bed management and other departments
- Early identification of bottlenecks as well as prioritisation and management of elective and urgent procedures
- Ensuring efficient workflows, transparent communication and further development of operating theatre processes with a view to moving into the new building in 2027
Your Profile
- Training in healthcare
- Several years of experience in operating theatre coordination
- Strong organisational skills, decisive, assertive
- Very good knowledge of German
