Your role

• Take technical and financial responsibility for all mandates entrusted to your Railway Engineering project unit.

• Ensure optimal management of the railway installations under your unit’s responsibility, minimising lifecycle costs.

• Lead projects or partial projects in the field of railway installations.

• Lead project teams composed of internal and external collaborators.

• Manage the various stakeholders, defending the company’s interests in connection with the projects under your unit’s responsibility.

The profile we are looking for

• EPFL or HES engineering degree in a field related to railways (civil engineering, electrical, mechanical).

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the railway sector.

• A CAS or equivalent training in railway technology, project management training, and business economics training are assets.

• Experience in personnel management; with leadership skills, you are able to convince and unite around your proposals.

• Systemic analysis and complex problem-solving skills, negotiation talent.

• Good command of the French language; some knowledge (A2 level) of German would be useful.
