• You take over the organization and management of demanding construction sites in civil engineering in cooperation with the foreman and actively shape the construction process.
• Your foresight helps you with the disposition of personnel, machines, and transports – at the right time, in the right place.
• You have a plan B up your sleeve so that you can handle surprises together with your foreman and your team.
• You use modern tools to cleverly plan the work and efficiently complete reports.
• The safety of the construction site is close to your heart and you are proud that you can meet deadlines and deliver excellent quality.  

Your Foundation

• Do you already have a wealth of experience as a forewoman? Have you gathered your equipment in underground, structural, or foundation construction? No problem, we will gladly introduce you to the fascinating world of civil engineering.
• Do you want to tackle the training to become a forewoman? Gladly, we support you in this.
• We talk to each other. Thanks to your pronounced communication skills and your team spirit, you can clearly and on equal footing express your concerns!
• You think along, pitch in, and stay cool even when things get hectic.
• You speak and write German and maybe you can also score with additional languages?
• You have BauBit and the Microsoft Office suite under control? Perfect!
