Your tasks
- Processing admissions to the Master’s programme
- Processing applications for recognition of completed academic achievements
- Handling specific enquiries from students and preparing decisions including document review
- Administrative management of the faculty’s accounts and funds
- Administration and processing of the deanery’s invoices
- Secretariat for the Commission for Faculty Funds
- Secretariat of the Honorary Commission
- Consultation hours for students and responding to telephone and written enquiries
- Assistance in the deanery for special events for students
Desired profile
- Bachelor’s degree or at least a federal diploma/certificate or higher vocational diploma with several years of professional experience
- Excellent editorial skills
- Ability to undertake project work, both independently and in a team
- Resilient, flexible personality with excellent communication skills
- Understanding and ability to interpret legal texts
- IT affinity and interest in learning new IT applications
- Proficiency in German with excellent knowledge of French in spoken and written form (level C1) or proficiency in French with excellent knowledge of German in spoken and written form (level C1)
