What to expect

A responsible role at the interface between process management, specialist departments and IT, with direct influence on the further development of our specialist operations in the private customer sector
Identification of pain points and efficiency potentials through the analysis of support cases and operational processes as well as conception, coordination and support of improvement measures to optimise processes and supporting systems
Participation in strategic and tactical projects to further develop processes, systems and services in the private customer business
Creation and maintenance of professional test cases as well as execution of functional, regression and end-to-end tests
Flexible working hours and up to 2 days home office per week (at 100% employment)

What you bring with you

Several years of professional experience in the health insurance industry.
Further training in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field is an advantage
Experience in analysing professional issues, processes and operational problems as well as enjoyment in developing sustainable solutions
Experience in creating professional test cases and in professional testing of business applications, ideally in the insurance or financial services environment
Independent working style, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, conceptual and solution-oriented way of working
High communication skills and the ability to mediate between the specialist department and IT
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
