• You post incoming payments and ensure accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable bookkeeping.
• You carry out the monthly dunning runs, monitor outstanding receivables and keep an eye on incoming payments.
• You process refunds of patient and guarantor credits and ensure correct and timely handling.
• You check, process and post accounts payable invoices in the digital workflow.
• You handle accounts payable payments reliably and on time.
• You prepare invoices to third parties and ensure correct billing.
• You actively participate in projects and support the continuous optimisation and further development of our processes.
• You take on additional administrative and accounting tasks in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable bookkeeping, thus making an important contribution to efficient day-to-day business.

• You have completed a commercial vocational training.
• You have completed further training as an accounting clerk.
• You bring several years of professional experience in accounting.
• You work independently, reliably and carefully and keep an overview even with several tasks.
• You enjoy competently, friendly and service-oriented supporting internal and external stakeholders.
• You are characterised by team spirit, commitment and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
