About the job

Your area of responsibility
You work in a small team
and take over the deputy role in the absence
of the head chef.
In doing so, you independently manage the daily responsibility of the kitchen operation and
the à la carte station.
With passion, you prepare
flavorful meals for
our residents, guests, and
employees and take on
all tasks that arise in the
kitchen, service, and office.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the
mentoring of apprentices.

Your profile
You have a solid
professional training as a Cook EFZ, are
confident and skilled in working with
fresh products. It is an advantage if you already have
experience in a senior and
nursing home. Through the
appealing presentation of
the dishes, you show joy in
cooking and actively support the team
in implementing
quality assurance measures.
You think ahead, are solution-oriented,
reliable, and understand how to interact with
elderly people. You
can express yourself well in German
both orally and in writing
(at least B2 level).
