In this versatile role, you combine two central areas: your work is split 50% each between Proposal Management and Contract Management. You operate at the interface between Business, IT, Service Management, Legal, and our customers. You coordinate complex customer proposals from inquiry to handover to implementation while ensuring professional management of our IT contracts. With your structured approach, you create transparency, bring together different stakeholders, and actively develop processes, standards, and ways of working.

• the holistic coordination of complex customer proposals from inquiry to handover to implementation
• liaising with internal departments as well as consolidating services, efforts, costs, and requirements
• managing an IT contract portfolio including terms, cancellation periods, options, and renewals
• the structured coordination of contract changes, reviews, approvals, and signings
• high quality, consistency, and traceability of documents, data, and status overviews
• the further development of processes, standards, and tools with a focus on efficiency and customer orientation

• with a commercial, business, legal, or technical education
• at least three years of experience in contract, proposal, provider, vendor, or procurement environments
• interest in IT services, licensing models, and commercial issues
• a structured, analytical, and independent working style as well as a high quality awareness
• strong communication skills, confident demeanour, and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• very good German and good English skills
