Marketing & Sales Manager (80%-100%) – certified druggist HF
Your tasks in marketing
- Conducting market, competition, and trend analyses
- Analysis of the homeopathy and phyto market (Switzerland)
- Positioning and brand management of the product portfolio
- Development and implementation of marketing activities, sales-promoting measures as well as print, digital, and social media strategies
- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Creation of sales documents, specialist brochures, and technical content
- Organization and execution of training and specialist events for pharmacies, drugstores, and therapists
- Participation in product innovations and assortment development
- Support with product registrations (HCI Solutions)
- Ensuring GMP-compliant communication in connection with products and advertising materials
Your tasks in sales
- Training and professional support of the field service
- Coordination and controlling of sales activities
- Creation and processing of offers
- Pricing and conditions management
Your profile
- Certified druggist HF (e.g. Ecole supérieure de droguerie Neuchâtel), supplemented by commercial training or further education in marketing & sales
- Ideally industry experience preferably in the pharmaceutical, phyto, or food industry
- Analytical and structured working method with entrepreneurial thinking
- Communicative, independent, and responsible personality
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- French skills are an advantage
