Job Summary

As a Team Leader Maintenance (M/F/D) at the Nespresso Production Centre in Avenches, you lead a team of around 20 maintenance technicians, working day and shift hours, while supporting their skills development and career progression.

You mobilise your team around preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the reliability and performance of industrial equipment.

In close collaboration with various departments, you actively contribute to achieving safety, quality, performance, and availability objectives within your area of responsibility.

A day in the life of a Team Leader Maintenance (M/F/D)

• Ensure leadership, support, and skills development of the team.
• Promote a strong safety culture.
• Manage maintenance activities by coordinating the daily schedule of Technicians.
• Guarantee the performance and compliance of maintenance interventions.
• Ensure continuous improvement of maintenance standards and procedures.

Your strengths for success

• Engineering degree or higher technical training, complemented by significant professional experience.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, engineering, or production equipment management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to unite, develop, and support a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilisation (Power BI; TrendMiner; ...).
• Results-oriented, continuous improvement mindset, and sense of priorities.
• Ability to innovate and promote new technologies and practices.
• Experience with SAP AMM (Asset Maintenance Management) is an advantage.
