To ensure the operation of the ICT infrastructure in the daily business of our customers, you will take on the following tasks on the campus in Rothenburg:

• Independent handling of support calls from receipt to completion

• Receiving, analysing and developing solutions

• Analysis and resolution of alerts from platform monitoring

• Clarification of the problem, including obtaining relevant information

• Involving and coordinating internal experts

• Participation in the continuous optimisation of the support process

• Maintenance of the support knowledge database

• Creation and maintenance of internal documentation

• Monitoring of cloud services and customer infrastructures

• Support of the system technology team with installations, maintenance work and system migrations

What do I need to be successful?

To start successfully or to advance, you bring the following:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in platform development or ICT specialist, school leavers are welcome

• You are a team player, independent, solution-oriented, friendly and able to think in a networked way

• You have a high quality awareness and like to do your tasks right the first time

• You have excellent German skills and live in Switzerland
