- Accompanying people with cognitive and psychological disabilities in an inclusive residential offer
- Organisational and professional management of several client processes
- Agogic process responsibility for the location
- Accompanying transitions to new areas of life
- Collaboration in various departmental responsibilities
- Active participation in project groups and networking with internal departments
- Willingness for evening and weekend duties
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Flexible, innovative and humorous personality
- Transparent, communicative and solution-oriented working style
- Good organisational skills and proficient use of digital tools
- Independent work with a lot of responsibility
