What is my role?

Our client requires an independent and service-oriented personality as a service technician for heating, ventilation and air conditioning in Bern. In this varied position, you can expect the following tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance work on HVAC systems for various customers

• Repair and restoration of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems

• Function as the central contact person for customers in the care and maintenance of building services systems

• Organisation and coordination of various service tasks

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Error analysis and troubleshooting to ensure system availability

• Participation in general building maintenance activities

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in heating, ventilation and air conditioning

• Ideally additional qualification as a maintenance specialist

• Knowledge in the electrical field is advantageous

• Practical experience in handling HVAC systems as well as in maintenance

• Independent and economically minded working style

• Confident handling of common IT applications

• Excellent German skills, spoken and written

• Flexibility for on-call duties

• Driving licence category B
