Your Tasks
- Accompany our residents in their personal competence development and provide support in managing everyday life in their apartments
- Process responsibility and networking work with internal and external agencies
- High action and decision-making competence
Your Profile
- Degree HF/FH in social pedagogy, social work or nursing with a focus on psychiatry and experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Independent working style and high self-organisation
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
