Advanced Practice Nurse HF Health Specialist EFZ
- Plan, manage and take responsibility for the nursing process as well as ensure nursing quality
- Carry out planned nursing and care measures
- Assess nursing situations and recognise changes
- Support clients in their daily lives
- Take on complex nursing and corresponding interventions
- Observe and report changes
- Coordinate nursing and network with professionals
- Take on delegated nursing tasks
- Advise clients and relatives
- Promote independence and resources
- Take responsibility for the day
- Document assignments carefully
