• Project planning, costing and execution planning of HVAC projects
• Preparation of schemes and tenders and creation of calculations
• Technical site management and supervision of projects during execution
• Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
• Collaboration with clients, general/subcontractors, architects and specialist planners as well as leading project meetings
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d), Basel, 80-100%?

• Training as a technician HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an appropriate position
• Experience in planning and realising sanitary projects
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
• Independent and structured working style
• Enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
• Very good German language skills
