About the job
Technical Caretaker / Skilled All-Rounder 100%- You independently carry out repair, maintenance and assembly work
- You analyse faults and find pragmatic solutions directly on site
- You undertake work in various trades such as wood, metal, plumbing and simple electrical tasks
- You install and replace components such as lights, locks, fittings or hardware
- You conduct regular property inspections and identify defects early
- You implement immediate measures in case of faults or damage
- You support technical projects, conversions and operational changes
- You organise your work independently and work closely with property management
- Completed basic craft training
- (e.g. plumbing, electrical, joinery, metal construction or similar)
- Several years of practical experience in building maintenance or craft sector
- Broad craft skills and technical understanding
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
- Enjoyment in getting stuck in and implementing things independently
- Team spirit, flexibility and strong customer orientation
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
