External IT Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The company ITRIS Maintenance SA is particularly active in the maintenance of computer systems and peripherals as well as in the field of support, solutions, and IT infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a motivated personality to strengthen our team in our Valais branch.

External IT Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Your main tasks

• Installation, maintenance, repair of equipment on Point of Sale systems (cash register systems) and printers
• Hardware maintenance of computer and electronic equipment
• Intervene with users while respecting the commitments made with our clients
• Installation, preparation, and resolution of incidents on site
• Ensure an efficient and customer-oriented service including an on-call service

Your profile

• CFC or training in a technical field (media technician/electrician or equivalent training)
• Enthusiasm for technology and IT
• Professional experience as a service technician is a plus
• Good knowledge of computer equipment and MS Office products
• Driving license category B
• Languages French/English, German is a plus
• You are an autonomous, reactive, rigorous, and organized personality
• You reside in Valais (around Sion)
