YOUR TASKS
You lead the nursing department professionally, personally, organisationally and economically and continuously develop it together with your leadership team.
- You strengthen your leaders in their leadership role and promote a leadership culture based on trust, collaboration and mutual support
- You shape the strategic direction of the nursing department and implement it successfully
- You continuously develop nursing quality, processes and innovations
- You are responsible for the budget, resources and the economic achievement of your area
- You work closely with our partner doctors as well as interprofessional partners
- As a member of the extended executive board, you actively contribute your perspective to the further development of the clinic
YOUR PROFILE
You are an inspiring leader who creates trust and provides orientation. You succeed in winning people over to common goals, connecting different interests and shaping change sustainably.
In addition, you bring the following:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH, further training in management or business administration is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership and social skills as well as a hands-on mentality, which you use in interdisciplinary and interprofessional exchange
- A positive leadership mentality in an acute hospital
- Experience in further developing larger teams and ideally in quality and process management (Lean Hospital)
- Entrepreneurial and systemic thinking skills as well as a feel for economic contexts
