Your passion
Leadership: You are responsible for managing a daycare center of the GFZ Foundation in professional, personnel, and organizational terms. You value transparent communication and appreciative interaction. You lead a team of educators, apprentices, and interns
Educational work: With your high service commitment, you ensure the high-quality care and support of the children. You guarantee the implementation of the educational concept as well as the requirements of the QualitKita standards. You always keep the needs of the children, parents, and the team in mind and promote appreciative professional collaboration.
Collaboration with specialist offices: You work closely with internal and external professionals so that children with different needs are optimally supported, promoted, and integrated. In addition, cooperation with the parents is a significant part of your work.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have completed training as a FaBe or childhood educator and further leadership training (preferably Leadership and Management according to SVF). You also have professional experience in early childhood education.
Leadership: You have coaching and consulting skills with which you specifically support your employees in their professional and personal development. You succeed in recognizing and specifically promoting individual potentials to strengthen the team for demanding tasks. Your reflective leadership style creates space for growth, motivation, and continuous improvement. Through your commitment to cross-daycare coaching, you actively contribute to quality development and professional exchange within the entire organization.
Business management: You share responsibility for the economic management of the daycare within the budget and actively participate in resource planning. You are responsible for the admission process of new children, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate place allocation. You plan personnel deployment efficiently and in line with educational and operational requirements.
Working days: Thursday mandatory. Other days by arrangement.
