- Handling payment transactions as well as control and reconciliation of accounts and intercompany postings
- Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements including consolidation and financial reporting
- Monitoring of outstanding receivables, processing of dunning procedures and support in liquidity planning
- Preparation of VAT returns, withholding tax declarations and other tax-relevant documents
- Preparation of business management evaluations as well as support in budgeting, forecasting and financial analyses
- Continuous optimisation of existing accounting processes and support with administrative financial matters
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting with sound knowledge in financial statement preparation
- Confident use of MS Excel as well as experience with common accounting and ERP systems
- Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and understanding of more complex financial contexts
- Very good German and English skills for collaboration with various contacts

Responsibilities
- Independent management of the financial accounting for several companies including general and subsidiary ledgers- Handling payment transactions as well as control and reconciliation of accounts and intercompany postings

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in finance and accounting- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting with sound knowledge in financial statement preparation

- Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and understanding of more complex financial contexts
- Very good German and English skills for collaboration with various contacts
