Machine Operator (3- to 4-shift) (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You operate and monitor modern production machines in a 3- to 4-shift system

• You set up the machines and operate and monitor the systems according to the work programmes and the operations plan

• You prepare the materials according to the parts lists

• You carry out quality checks and measurements

• You record, document and evaluate the production data and key figures

• You recognise faults early and independently resolve minor problems and take care of the maintenance and cleaning of the systems

• You participate in Lean Management and support the implementation of the 5S philosophy

• You work closely with your colleagues and the shift management to ensure smooth information flow

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a technical training or have several years of professional experience as a machine operator

• You have a good technical understanding and a strong interest in technical processes

• You work carefully, independently and reliably

• You are a team player, physically fit and resilient and like to get stuck in

• You have very good German skills and are familiar with the documentation and evaluation of production key figures

• You are available at short notice and willing to work in a 3- to 4-shift system
