For our weighing station at the Hardwald Plant in Unterengstringen, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

In this responsible role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth process for weighing and handling the delivered materials. In addition, you take on a central role in representing our company and appear externally as the «Agir face».

• Operating the vehicle scale (recording and checking material deliveries and transports)
• Point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal departments
• Creation of delivery notes and documentation of material movements as well as other administrative tasks (e.g., reports)
• Scheduling and coordination of material flows on the plant site to ensure smooth traffic and operational processes
• Support in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Experience in the construction materials industry
• Good organizational skills and networked thinking
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Good IT skills; confident handling of computers and new programs
• Very good German skills (additional languages are an advantage)
