Team Leader Goods Handling Zone (WUZ) 100 % (m/f/d)

Your main tasks are:

• Leading and managing the goods handling team (approx. 2-3 employees)
• Organizing the goods handling in the area of piece goods transport (import/export)
• In-, re- and out-stocking as well as unloading and legally compliant loading of trucks
• Order-related picking and inventory management
• Active participation in daily business

Additionally, you will also be deployed in the following areas as needed:

• Assisting in all areas of the logistics center
• Efficient and careful processing of all customer orders in the warehouse area
• Regulatory compliant warehouse management and ensuring proper storage of goods
• Responsibility for the floor conveyors and their maintenance

What you should bring:

• Completed logistics training with professional experience in a similar role

(optional with leadership responsibility)

• German at native speaker level (fluent in spoken and written)
• Reliability, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
• Impeccable character (criminal record extract) and at least 5 years of residence in Switzerland are mandatory
• Willingness to step in at other locations in case of bottlenecks (e.g. Mettmenstetten ZH)

What you should also know:

• Working hours/shifts are alternating (8.5 hours of working time and 1.5 hours of break)

from 08:00 to 18:00 and from 09:00 to 19:00

• Vacation entitlement according to OR (from 20 years to 49 years 4 weeks, from 50 years 5 weeks)
