HR Business Partner

For our Global Business Area «Analytical» we are looking for a hands-on person as HR Business Partner 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon-Greifensee location, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Support and advise employees and managers in all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle Talent management and talent acquisition for key positions Ensuring professional HR / talent management to achieve strategic business goals Support of team developments as well as implementation of measures in change and transformation projects Process improvements and support in employee retention Collaboration with HR service delivery and HR competence areas, especially supporting our TA team in recruitment Participation in local, cross-departmental HR projects and activities
