In this role, you take on a central function for our future talents and at the same time ensure that our HR foundation works reliably in everyday life. You combine development with structure – thus making a direct contribution to the success of Balmer-Etienne.
For our location in Lucerne, we are looking for a committed personality with a focus on vocational training and HR services, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Responsible for Vocational Training & HR Specialist 80–100% (m/f/d)
Vocational Training
- You take responsibility for our vocational training and actively develop it further – professionally, organizationally, and culturally.
- You accompany our apprentices throughout the entire training cycle – from recruitment to successful completion.
- You empower our practical trainers and managers in their roles.
- You organize introduction days, training sessions, and qualification procedures and ensure a high quality of training.
- You ensure cooperation with vocational schools, associations, and authorities and guarantee compliance with legal requirements.
HR Administration
- You ensure efficient and reliable HR administration along the entire employee life cycle and are responsible for time tracking.
- You prepare employment contracts, contract changes, work certificates, and confirmations and ensure clean and timely processing.
- You ensure high data quality and continuously develop our HR systems and digital files.
- You are responsible for absence management, coordinate interfaces with payroll and social insurances, and ensure smooth payroll processing as a deputy.
- You actively participate in HR reporting, projects, and the further development of our HR processes.
- have a commercial basic education, supplemented by further training in HR and/or vocational training as well as several years of practical HR experience
- have experience in vocational training (e.g., as a vocational trainer) and in HR administration
- take responsibility and proactively develop topics further
- work in a structured, precise, and independent manner
- bring organizational strength and good prioritization skills
- have a high service orientation and a good sense for people
