CNC Programmer 80-100% (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Programming of drawing parts using Heidenhain and Fanuc
• Programming on the CAM system (topSolid)
• Adjusting and optimising existing CNC programmes
• Creating manufacturing processes, setup and tool documentation
• Ensuring a structured programme filing system
• Setting up various machining centres
• Supporting production from machining strategy to series production
• Instruction and training of production staff
• Calculating drawing parts in consultation with the production planning department
• Conducting and documenting feasibility checks

We expect

• Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with several years of professional experience
• Experience in programming and machine operation
• Independent and reliable personality with a strong sense of quality
• You maintain open, honest and active communication
• You are an open team player who is receptive to change
• You are committed to continuous process improvement
• You have advanced computer skills, e.g. in Microsoft Office, topSolid and databases such as SAP
• German spoken and written
