Laundry Supervisor (m/f/d), Summer Season, May - September 2026

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Contribute to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Lead and coordinate daily operations in the laundry
• Ensure proper cleaning and care of guest laundry, F&B laundry, and staff uniforms
• Monitor washing, drying, and ironing processes
• Manage laundry inventory including stocktaking and reordering
• Collaborate with external laundry service providers
• Train new employees
• Serve as a role model for the team

Your Profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
• Completed training in hotel management or several years of experience in housekeeping/laundry
• Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of textile care and hygiene standards
• Organizational talent, resilience, and a high quality awareness
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Organized and economical working style
• Good communication skills
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment
