Your profile
- Ideally, you have a university degree in business administration, computer science, project management, or an equivalent qualification.
- With your several years of experience in project management, you confidently steer projects to success.
- You quickly identify improvement potentials and develop practical, effective solutions.
- With your communication skills and sensitivity to different stakeholders, you convince at all levels.
- You are assertive, act proactively, and gladly take on responsibility.
- Industry knowledge in logistics is an advantage but not a must.
- Training or certification in project management (e.g., PMI/IPMA) is welcome.
- You are fluent in German; knowledge of French, English, or Italian is a plus for our nationwide projects in Switzerland.
Your tasks
- You are the link between all branches and are responsible for the conception and implementation of demanding projects.
- With your experience in project management, you set clear goals, create realistic project plans, and actively manage their implementation. You keep an overview, minimise risks, and ensure smooth communication.
- You take responsibility for the schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently, on time, and with high quality. You constructively question results and live true ownership.
- Whether process optimisation, software development and rollout, strategy projects, or operational initiatives – you lead various projects purposefully and successfully to completion.
- As a problem solver and business analyst, you develop sustainable solutions and present professional project reports for internal and external interfaces.
- You master change with structure and foresight: with your strong communication skills and sensitivity to various stakeholders, you successfully accompany change processes – even in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
