Do you know our multiple award-winning and prize-winning wines? In the training as a wine specialist specialising in winemaking at Strickhof, you will learn more about this and become a professional yourself.
What you will learn with us
You will carry out the versatile and year-round tasks of a winemaking business. These include work in the vineyard, pressing and bottling the wines, as well as their marketing from the winery or at various events. You will learn a lot through training courses or in connection with grape variety trials on the subject of wine. The goals are: exchange of experience between winemaker colleagues for the benefit of Eastern Swiss wine quality and nature-friendly work in the vineyard.
What distinguishes you
For this training, you bring manual dexterity and technical understanding of machines and equipment. Robust health for working in all weather conditions and a joy of nature are basic requirements. We support you if you want to complete your apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate.
