Your main tasks
- Various administrative tasks including telephone, appointment coordination and providing information, thus actively shaping the daily routine of the service group
- Managing participant files from opening to filing and ensuring complete, up-to-date documents
- Maintaining participant data in the software "Klib" as well as creating and updating templates for efficient, transparent processes
- Writing correspondence with referring agencies, participants and third parties and ensuring clear, appreciative communication
- Assisting with the recording and dispatch of debtor invoices as well as managing the cash register in consultation with the team
- Representing team colleagues during holidays and absences
You bring with you
- Completed commercial training and solid IT user skills
- Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in the field of labour market integration
- Confident oral and written expression in German
- Reliable, efficient and precise working style as well as a strong quality awareness
