To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the anesthesia department of HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital:

Expert nurses in anesthesia care or

Nurses with experience in the recovery room

80-100% – 6-month fixed-term contract

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their family, respecting the HFR care philosophy,
• work in anesthesia as well as in the recovery room depending on the diploma,
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators,
• evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming for continuous improvement of your interventions,
• participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity,

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross,
• title of expert in anesthesia care or confirmed experience in the recovery room,
• ability to prioritize and manage unforeseen events,
• proficiency in French with knowledge of German,
• proficiency in computer tools,
• proactive, dynamic, and flexible attitude,
• interpersonal skills and communication sense,
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team,
• rigor, flexibility, and autonomy,
